Following your FTM procedure you’ll probably want to know when you can resume your active lifestyle. Or, if you weren’t active before, you’ll want to know when you can start taking control of your overall health. Hitting the gym after FTM surgery isn’t something you should take lightly. To give you an idea of what to expect after surgery, let’s answer some questions: When Can I Go To The Gym? This is a question only your doctor can answer. For some people, returning the gym six weeks after their FTM procedure is fine. For others, it may be two months or more. Your doctor will be monitoring your post-surgical healing and they’ll give you the okay to hit the gym.
